Edited Special Issues of Journals

Often the best way to disseminate collective research findings is through a special issue of a journal. I have been fortunate to work with a number of different journals and journal editors to develop publications on themes I could never tackle on my own. The list below gives the title of the special issue and indicates and co-editors. It is almost always a team effort. The list is in reverse chronological order with the most recent contributions coming first.
